Last week during The Hashtag Show some news broke that could or could not be true. As much as we would all love to see tons of superhero shows on all media platforms, the fact of the matter is that sometimes it’s just not possible. Along with the Marvel Cinematic Universe and network television shows, Netflix has began to gain their own roster of characters. With all the news of characters that have already appeared in movies or television, the news that a Thunderbolts show coming to Netflix seems plausible.
The Thunderbolts have had many team members, but the recent iteration of the Thunderbolts seems to be the one suited to be a possible cast option.
We all know that Elektra and Punisher will be in season 2 of Daredevil, Deadpool‘s movie will be out next year and Red Hulk will make an appearance in Civil War so 4/5 of the latest Thunderbolts cast is represented. Even if Deadpool and Red Hulk aren’t going to be part of the Thunderbolts show, there are still a lot more past characters that could join. Much like the Suicide Squad, The Thunderbolts are a group of reformed villains turned hero, the only difference is that they don’t have explosive collars.
