Each Monday I like to take a look at a piece of media that stands out to me. This could be anything from an episode of a TV show or cartoon or just an album I think you should enjoy.

This week allow your ears to enjoy the sounds of Motionless In White

Artist: Motionless In White

Recently while scrolling through my Instagram feed I started seeing pictures with a gothic looking gentleman posing with some of the people I follow

I didn’t know who this person was, but I could tell that he was the lead singer in a band. I did some research and found out he is the lead singer of a band called Motionless In White, so I checked out a few songs on Youtube. After a few official videos and videos featuring just the lyrics, I was a fan. I’m a big fan of a singer with some range and Chris Motionless has some pretty awesome range. I also noticed that Chris is a fellow Xbox gamer, so that immediately brought the respect level up and so I reached out to him via twitter

And being the nice guy he is, he got back to me

I don’t care who you are, fans are the biggest part of a celebrity or musician’s life. Without a fan base you have no audience for your craft, no matter how much you say you do it for yourself and not the money. With social media being such a big part of peoples lives,  it shows a lot when someone with as many followers as Chris has replies to a tweet. Even with something as simple what he said to me, its that few seconds it took to respond that says a lot.
