It looks like this is just the day for rumors and leaks and all other good stuff that makes you wonder if people are doing this on purpose. I’m not going to put it past anyone to think that doing a “self imposed leak” would help sales if the product may not be testing well. If a game or movie may not be testing well, why not throw some buzz to it by showing off something early and calling it a leak. All you have to do next is take to social media and give a very passive threat that anyone posting it will contacted and watch how people react.
In all honesty, I have no idea how marketing for products work and for all I know I may be talking about something people already do. I only say this because specs for a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle game have popped up on an Australian website. The site calls it a classification, but I think that’s the same as copyright here in the United States. If the site is correct then the game will be called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan and will be multiplatform.
