The time has finally come and we can now start playing select Xbox 360 games on our Xbox One consoles. The only problem is that in order to continue where we were, we need to pull the information from the cloud. The task of going to your Xbox 360, opening the game and saving it to the cloud may seem tedious, but you don’t have to go that route because there is a much easier way.
First you’ll want to go to your games and select the Xbox 360 games that you want to install on your Xbox One, but make sure you remember which ones you’re installing.
Next you’ll want to dust off your Xbox 360, do all the updates you missed and then head to the storage section
Next you’ll want to select the HDD
Next go to one of the games that are being installed on your Xbox One and press Y for Game Options
Just in case anything goes wrong, choose to copy the data
Select the Cloud Saved Games as where you want the information to go
The screen will show a copy and upload screen
Repeat for any other Xbox 360 games that may be installing on your Xbox One
By this time the games may be done installing on your Xbox One, so open one
The game will open as per usual, except with the Xbox 360 logo showing first
Before it completely let’s you begin, the game will automatically grab the information your put in the cloud, sync and download it
You can now save to the Cloud and all the information will be not only what you had in the past, but what you do now
I hope this was informative and helps you out. My gamertag was in at least one of these pictures, so if you want to add me and do some co-op or multiplayer feel free to.
