The last time we saw Deadpool in his own comic he was on a boat with his friends and family. After a couple panels of Deadpool looking really happy by being reunited with his daughter without any enemies being a threat anymore, we were given a panel where two worlds collided and essentially killed everyone. We then saw Deadpool as a narrator and comic side piece in the comic that featured his wife and a couple of movie monsters. I was happy with seeing Deadpool have his own Secret Secret Wars comic, but I still wanted to have him go back to a bunch of ongoing stories that didn’t have to do with Secret Wars.

Alas, after waiting the comic finally came out. Deadpool #1 is a brand new story that I feel could really be going in a great direction. Instead of one Deadpool there are many Deadpools doing his job, because he has started his own Heroes for Hire. He even states that he started this to not only make a lot of money, but he also wants to make the world a better place. The one reason he has everyone dress the same is for marketing, which can be seen in a shot of a store full of Deadpool merchandise. I don’t want to spoil too many things but I do want to see more scenes with Deadpool and Madcap, they have great dialogue and some pretty great chemisrty.
