When the name Conan comes to mind I think of Conan O’Brien, because growing up I didn’t really watch the movies that my friends were watching and just stuck to playing video games. I knew of Conan from the commercials on TV, but never really took the time to watch a full movie. I knew of Arnold Schwarzenegger and that he played Conan, but my understanding of the stories stopped there. The actual first Conan product I fully immersed myself in was Conan on the Xbox 360, which was a fun hack and slash game. Recently it was announced that a new type of Conan game would be coming out.
Conan: Exiles is an open world game where you not only destroy people, but build and dominate. From what the website states you will be starting pretty much from scratch and building yourself up to be the Conan we know today. You have to survive your environment by growing crops and stay alive by killing animals and finding water. After you’ve set up a good system for yourself you get to fortify home and defend from enemies and build an army to take over all of the lands.
Conan: Exiles will come to PC this summer as early access and will have a full launch on PC and consoles later after that.
