When Big Hero 6 came out it went from a fairly unknown comic to a massive animated movie hit. It was only because I read about it online that I knew any backstory or where it came from. I enjoyed the movie and so did a lot of other people and that’s why they’re making a sequel, but in the mean time there will be a television show about the furthering adventures of the team. As reported by Deadline, Disney XD will be airing an animated series in 2017.
In the series you’ll not only find the team doing some crime fighting, but you will also experience Hiro being the new big brain at the San Franksokyo Institute of Technology. The one thing that I want to know is if the animation will be like the movie or more like other superhero shows on Disney XD like Spider-Man and Hulk: Agents of Smash. I would hope that since they do Star Wars: Rebels and LEGO Star Wars: Droid Tales that this show could also have computer generated animation.
